Publisher terms govern data use

We grant no license to third-party datasets, images, annotations or trademarks. You must review the applicable publisher conditions and obtain any permissions needed for your intended use. A software license may not cover the data used by that software.

No implied relationship

Publisher names are used for attribution. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership or authority to resell a resource. No marketplace approval or commercial data-supply capability is implied by inclusion.

Directory resources and custom work

Listing a third-party dataset does not make it part of our commercial deliverables. Research-only or otherwise restricted datasets are not offered for resale through our custom data services.
